Limestone grinding plant: MTM Trapezium Mill, MTW European Trapezium Mill, Ball Mill
Limestone sorbent production plant (1.6~0.045mm)
Zenith offers two kinds of limestone grinding mill—MTM Trapezium Grinding Mill, and MTW European Grinding Mill, whose product fineness can vary from 1.6~0.045mm.
Both grinding plants are proved to be favored by our customers to produce limestone sorbent for FGD.
1. Limestone raw materials are firstly crushed by jaw crusher to specified size, and then elevated into a hopper.
2. Vibrating feeder sends the materials into the grinding chamber for powder processing.
3. The ground limestone grains are carried by air from the blower into the classifier for classification.
4. The finer powers are blown into cyclone collector, and the rough grains will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for further grinding, forming a closed circuit.
5. Final products of 200mesh and less in size are poured out throughout-put valve.
