Limestone is mainly quarried for the construction of buildings, roadbeds and landscape construction.
Limestone Crushing Process:
1. Passing through a hopper, raw limestone materials are fed by vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher for primary crushing.
2. The material will be transferred by belt conveyor to impact crusher for secondary crushing.
3. The crushed limestone materials will then be transferred to vibrating screen.
4. Then, products in required size will be retained as final products, while the rest will be returned to the previous impact crusher for crushing.
Grind the limestone to ultrafine mill process:
1. Vibrating feeder feeds limestone materials into grinding chamber evenly and gradually.
2. The powder will be blowed to cyclone by blower.
3. The material will be transferred to storage room through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products.
