The XZM Ultrafine Mill is proved to be the most favored grinding plant by our customers. The final fineness is adjustable from 325mesh to 2500mesh.
Calcite and barite ultra-fine grinding process (final powder fineness: 1250 mesh)
After being redacted by hammer crusher, limestone and barite materials are sent to storage bin by elevator.
Then they are sent by electromagnetic vibrating feeder to the center of dial evenly and ground and pulverized into fine grains by roller.
Then grains descend to the second and third ring for further grinding. The high pressure centrifugal blower blows the grains to powder classifier for classification.
